Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which consulting services provided by Ahearn Community Consulting may be rescheduled or canceled. Our goal is to maintain fairness, transparency, and a professional relationship built on mutual respect with every client.
Client Cancellations
Clients may cancel scheduled consultations, meetings, or services by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the agreed appointment or project start date. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to fees based on preparation, resources, and work already completed.
Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may require changes to schedules. Clients are encouraged to request rescheduling as early as possible. Approved requests will be accommodated based on consultant availability and project timelines.
Project-Based Services
For ongoing consulting engagements, project-based services, or strategic partnerships, cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable service agreement. Clients remain responsible for completed work and approved expenses incurred before cancellation.
Consultant Cancellations
In situations where Ahearn Community Consulting must cancel or reschedule a consultation, clients will be notified as soon as possible and provided with alternative scheduling options.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of service, project status, and timing of cancellation. Any approved refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the client service agreement.
